• Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements • Lead user research, business requirement gathering, ideation, and UX testing • Define global rules for AI interactions and oversight models • Drive the evolution of design practice by building agents and workflows • Lead high-impact discovery and strategic alignment workshops • Own the standards for Design Systems
🎯 Exigences
• 8–10+ years in UX/UI Design • Expert-level mastery of Figma • Design System architecture • Deep proficiency in Agentic UX patterns • Conversational logic • Designing for AI transparency/trust • Expert negotiation and influence skills • Advanced certifications in UX Strategy, AI-Human Interaction, or Service Design
