Description

• Implement real estate plans aligned with clients’ strategic real estate goals • Assist with project initiation, scope definition, assignment prioritization, and adherence to client priorities, commitments, and milestones • Act as tenant/buyer/end-user agent and negotiate business terms for commercial real estate transactions • Manage lease acquisitions, renewals, regears, property disposals, and acquisitions, mainly for office and data center properties in North America • Coordinate field broker selection, resources, and subject matter experts • Facilitate client review and approval of proposed team resources • Draft project initiation documents, market comparable reports, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations • Coordinate sales negotiations through field brokers • Negotiate leases and lease amendments • Monitor lease expirations and other critical dates • Develop strategies and negotiate lease renewals within prescribed timelines • Locate and acquire new properties to meet client requirements and timelines • Dispose of surplus properties within required timelines • Review and interpret P&L, cash flow, NPV, and IRR financial analyses • Track commissionable and non-commissionable transaction activity, prepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and account for client savings • Maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion • Prepare reports and presentations • Attend regular calls across time zones and travel as needed for site tours, regional meetings, and business requirements • Manage dozens of projects and stakeholders simultaneously

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred • 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience, applicable industry tenure, or similar combination of education and experience • Active real estate license, or ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet navigation • Working knowledge of AI and large language model (LLM) tools, with ability to apply them to research, analysis, and workflow efficiency • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Effective and persuasive presentation ability on complex topics • Strong communication, organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking skills • Availability to attend regular calls across time zones and travel as needed • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
