Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to large school districts, providing expert guidance on assessment strategy, implementation, and data-driven decision-making. • Represent the organization at national and regional conferences, webinars, and panels. Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to industry dialogue. • Author blogs, white papers, and other thought leadership pieces that reflect current trends, challenges, and innovations in educational assessment. • Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment between district needs and organizational offerings. • Help shape the future of assessment by identifying emerging needs and contributing to product and service development. • Cultivate long-term partnerships with district leaders, positioning the organization as a leader in assessment solutions.

🎯 Exigences

• Master’s degree (M.Ed.) required; Doctorate (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) strongly preferred. • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in educational assessment, either in ed-tech sales or as a senior leader within a school district. • Proven track record of working with large districts and navigating complex organizational structures. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Strong writing ability for professional and public-facing content. • Strategic thinking and ability to influence at the executive level. • Deep understanding of assessment tools, data interpretation, and instructional impact.
