• Responsible for promoting and selling Grifols plasma products and related services and diagnostic programs to hospitals and physicians within the assigned territory • Maximize profit by increasing acceptance of our products and service programs • Build a network of potential customers • Establish long-term customer relationships • Conduct events and trainings for customers (physicians & medical staff) • Represent Grifols at regional and national congresses • Continuous reporting and documentation of data in the designated sales support systems • Ongoing market analyses and monitoring of competitor activities • Communicate market information and competitor activities to direct supervisor(s) and relevant departments (e.g., Marketing, Medical, etc.)
• University degree in a scientific field or completion of training as a pharmaceutical representative (§ 75 AMG) • Scientific background • Experience as a field sales representative (min. 3 years) • Strong IT skills with independent use of Outlook & Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience using and managing CRM system(s) • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present to individuals and groups • Good command of English
