• Supervision and leadership of Senior Oncology Account Specialists within the area assigned. • Sales performance of the business portfolio of products. • Regular in field and virtual coaching and observation of Field Sales Representatives. • Development of a strong, effective partnership with marketing and channel colleagues. • Ensure compliant execution by team members and drive understanding of relevant policies. • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, and key account assignment. • Develop and implement strategic plans and business plan for the Area. • Conduct proactive data analysis to identify market trends. • Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders. • Maintain enhanced product and/or portfolio knowledge to respond accurately to inquiries.
• Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years of experience. • 5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience. • 2-3+ years of previous Oncology experience required. • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards. • Cross-functional collaboration mindset to facilitate ‘One Pfizer’ commitment to customer.
