Description

• PingWind seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Data to assure system stability, integrity, and efficient operation. • Provide support for development of acquisition documentation, milestone reviews, and operational/test events. • Verify system maintenance and optimization post-deployment. • Oversee engineering activities supporting information systems development, modification, and operation. • Plan, design, develop, evaluate, test, and integrate systems infrastructure, including hardware and software implementation and design. • Manage engineering activities and lead Systems Engineering staff and activities. • Provide support to review, maintain, and optimize networked software and associated operating systems. • Execute and manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. • Plan cost, schedule, and execution plans for projects. • Develop and review technical performance metrics. • Work with data encryption, storage, retention, and understand impacts of agile enhancements and defects on architecture.

🎯 Exigences

• Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c). • Training and certification in the target ICAM DB product, desired in the Oracle and DB2 products. • HS Diploma/GED • Ten (10)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology. • Seven (7)+ years of experience in supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud Base Products. • Experience with planning, management, leadership, and coordination of multiple concurrent tasks for large-scale highly available systems. • Demonstrated understanding of the software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle. • Experience with data encryption, data storage, retention. • Strong technical understanding of IT systems and services, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems and services. • Experience with agile development/scrum. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to perform complex technical tasks. • Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering
