Description

• Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion. • Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including: • - Structural mounting systems • - Electrical power distribution • - Mechanical integration • - LED display systems • - Media playback systems • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans. • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients. • Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams. • Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines. • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership. • Support site coordination during installation and commissioning phases. • Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports. • Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination.

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of project management experience within the AV or display technology industry. • Demonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale LED display deployments. • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments including: • - Structural systems • - Electrical infrastructure • - Mechanical integration • - LED display technology • - Media playback and control systems • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Advanced proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners. • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites, domestic and international up to 30%. • Must have a valid drivers license. • **Preferred Qualifications** • Experience working with large, complex LED installations. • Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction teams. • PMP certification or similar project management credential. • Experience with 3D model coordination (Revit) and 2D drafting programs (AutoCAD)
