Description

• Understand company strategy and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas, to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet share. • Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain points. • Prioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investment. • Engage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasible. • Liaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releases. • Understand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customers. • Participate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expert. • Understand competitive landscape. • Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study. • 5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilities. • Strong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestration. • Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus. • Proven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great products. • Demonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency and leverage to day-to-day product work — including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communication. • Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Solid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plus. • Experience managing SaaS or PaaS products.
