Description

• Lead funding, budgeting, and forecasting of solar projects • Provide a consolidated business outlook for strategic decision making • Serve as a key liaison across project development, operations, Project Finance, and commercial strategy teams under executive leadership • Produce annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Board approvals • Produce managerial performance reports tracking P&L, operating assets, KPIs, and project spending • Forecast corporate- and project-level cash flows to manage liquidity and timing of equity drawdowns • Manage loan and letter of credit facilities, intercompany loans, and corporate guarantees • Work with operating Asset Management teams on financial performance, liquidity analysis, and distributions • Interface with and implement new tools and applications for FP&A, accounting, and finance process improvement projects

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, Engineering, or quantitative discipline • 5+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, FP&A in Energy, Project finance, or Construction • Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented • Ability to establish immediate credibility at all levels inside and outside the organization • Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to utilize good judgment • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and drive consensus-based decision making • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Co-Pilot • Knowledge of Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, and AI applications such as Claude • Stable background or knowledge of accounting practices (preferred) • Authorization to work in the United States is addressed in the application
