ProVeg International est une organisation internationale à but non lucratif qui accélère la transition vers un système alimentaire mondial durable en promouvant des régimes riches en plantes et des protéines alternatives. Elle mène des actions de plaidoyer et politiques, s'engage auprès des entreprises, assure l'éducation du public (recettes, Défi Végétarien) et gère des programmes d'innovation ainsi qu'un incubateur pour soutenir les startups alimentaires à base de plantes. ProVeg publie des données et des rapports de marché, mène des campagnes et partenariats (par exemple, Challenge d'Innovation Alimentaire, V-Label) et opère dans plusieurs pays pour réduire la dépendance à l'agriculture animale pour des raisons environnementales, sanitaires, et de bien-être animal.

Description

• Market and technology monitoring: You stay up-to-date on the latest trends, developments and best practices in software and artificial intelligence and assess their applicability at ProVeg. • Knowledge transfer: You ensure that all colleagues have a solid understanding of the possibilities, limitations and risks of our software and AI applications and that they follow our policies and recommendations. To achieve this, you develop online courses, workshops and wiki pages. • Expert role: You enable individual teams to use our software, including AI features, optimally for their specific use cases, and advise leadership teams and our works council on opportunities and risks. • Keeping track of the AI and software landscape: You maintain an overview of the software and AI solutions used at ProVeg and the key projects our international teams are implementing with them. • System selection and implementation: You select the best AI and software solutions for a range of use cases and, in collaboration with the relevant departments, ensure smooth rollout and integration with other systems. • Shaping the future: You have the opportunity to help shape the further development of our software and AI strategy, roadmap and policies to make the most of new technologies and use our resources efficiently. • IT security and data protection: With a keen eye for IT security and data protection, you work closely with our internal data protection coordination to minimize risks and ensure compliance.

🎯 Exigences

• You have a completed degree (Master's) in a STEM field or an equivalent qualification through vocational training or further education, e.g., as an IT specialist. • You have a good understanding of artificial intelligence and experience with various AI applications. • You have an affinity for software and can quickly familiarise yourself with new software solutions. • You communicate confidently in written and spoken English and German. • You have a structured and pragmatic working style. • You enjoy learning new things and continuously improving processes. • You identify with ProVeg's goals.
