Description

• You are the primary point of contact for our existing customers, from initial setup after contract signing through ongoing support. • You help customers define the right keywords and prompts to improve their visibility on Google and in AI systems. • Implement onboarding for new customers following contract signing • Collaborate with customers to define strategy • Provide ongoing account management and customer retention throughout the contract term • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email & chat • Identify upsell signals and hand them off to Sales • Maintain and document all activities in the CRM • Work closely with Sales, Product and Management

🎯 Exigences

• Initial experience in customer service or another service-oriented role • Basic understanding of SEO/search engines and an interest in AI topics • Structured, self-directed working style • German language proficiency at C1/C2 level • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is a plus
