• Development and implementation of sales strategies • Acquisition and management of national and international clients (MICE, individual, leisure) • Maintenance of existing client relationships and proactive expansion of the network • Market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities • Organization of and participation in sales trips, trade shows and events • Close collaboration with Marketing and the operations team • Preparation of reports, forecasts and proposal presentations
• Ideally several years of sales experience in luxury hospitality; completed hotel training is an advantage • Excellent communication skills and an empathetic manner • Self-motivation, negotiation skills and determination • Flexibility and willingness to travel • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
