Description

• Build and scale a best-in-class communications program at Rula • Lead development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, and push • Create an intelligent, personalized lifecycle program • Refine reporting and analytics capabilities • Expand the test-and-learn program to improve patient and provider engagement • Work across B2B and D2C parts of the organization • Improve the speed and quality of patient access to mental healthcare • Ensure providers in Rula’s network are set up for success to provide care • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other cross-functional teams

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in a lifecycle or retention marketing role • Proven track record creating and executing effective lifecycle strategies and driving program growth and meaningful business results through multi-channel campaigns • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ESPs, including setting up, automating, and optimizing campaigns, journeys, experiments, dynamic content, and segmentation • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions • Excellent project management skills • Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii • Preferred: Exceptional communication and organizational skills • Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare, mental health, or marketplace environment • Preferred: 1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup • Preferred: Experience with HTML or SQL for complex lifecycle programming • Preferred: Experience using BI tools, preferably Looker and Amplitude
