Description

• Define the Lifecycle vision for new user growth • Develop campaign roadmaps • Build foundational systems for segmentation, experimentation and measurement • Own growth lifecycle programs end to end, from strategy and execution through reporting and optimization • Develop campaign briefs covering goals and technical, data, creative and audience requirements • Turn prospects and new sign-ups into active customers across multiple product lines • Partner with Data Science, User Acquisition and Product Marketing on personalization and segmentation • Translate user insights into a growth strategy mapped to the customer journey • Direct copy and creative execution with the in-house Creative team • Build and scale a comprehensive testing framework • Design experiments with clear hypotheses, own the playbook and turn successful approaches into repeatable acquisition programs • Collaborate with Creative, Product, Engineering and Marketing to deliver customer experiences across email, in-app messaging, push and SMS • Leverage AI and automation to scale programs and improve team efficiency • Prioritize workstreams in a fast-moving environment

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of hands-on CRM, Lifecycle and/or Retention Marketing experience from ideation through execution and reporting • Deep multi-channel experience across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS • Background in an app and/or subscription app business • Deep experience with Braze • Experience using Segment or a comparable CDP • Deep B2C lifecycle marketing expertise, including customer journey design, segmentation, personalization and behavioral marketing • Strong track record of driving new-customer acquisition via user growth and demand-generation programs end to end • Experience running growth experiments • Strong A/B testing knowledge and execution, including hypothesis design, audience segmentation, holdout structure and result interpretation • Hands-on expertise with HTML, CSS, Liquid templating and dynamic content development • Proven partnership with data science on segmentation • Ability to use user insight and competitive intelligence to ground strategy • Ability to pull, read and act on data • Ability to influence cross-functional roadmaps and present strategy and results clearly to senior leadership • Experience leveraging AI and technology to automate programs and maximize efficiency • Fintech background is a plus but not required • Data analytics experience and skills, such as SQL, is a plus • Significant CDP experience is a plus • Experience managing, coaching or mentoring junior team members is a plus • No specific degree required; demonstrated capability and outcomes are valued • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must address current or future United States visa sponsorship requirements
