Description

• Conduct strategic analyses to evaluate and help execute entry into new geographic markets, verticals, or product segments • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process and strategy improvement • Model, evaluate, and optimize pricing strategies and commercial structures • Analyze company-wide performance metrics and present executive-level recommendations • Define, validate, and track core business performance metrics with the data team • Serve as a strategic operator for ambiguous or high-stakes situations • Execute high-priority initiatives from inception to completion, including product launches and corporate scaling frameworks • Design and manage systems for evaluating company performance against corporate goals • Build dashboards, refine success metrics, audit data accuracy, and run executive cadences • Build operational infrastructure, cross-departmental playbooks, and business performance dashboards • Align and collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders on unified business metric definitions

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or cross-functional execution in fast-paced, complex, or high-growth environments • Ability to process complex, ambiguous business problems and translate them into actionable, scalable operational plans • Track record of guiding cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery • Ability to manage ownership across distinct business domains and prioritize effectively • Exceptional emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills • Strong data analysis capability, including modeling business outcomes, pricing frameworks, or performance metrics using Excel or similar tools • Experience defining reporting requirements and building dashboards with BI tools or advanced spreadsheets • Builder mindset and ability to design processes from the ground up and pivot quickly • Motivation by the company’s progressive mission • SQL proficiency is nice to have • User-level familiarity with CRM platforms or GTM tech stacks such as HubSpot is nice to have • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
