Description

• Support forecasts, annual budgets, long-range plans, workflow management, and analytics through Prophix • Administer and support Prophix models, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, user security, reports, dashboards, and data mappings • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, operational leaders, IT, and external support resources to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions • Evaluate planning models and recommend improvements to accuracy, usability, efficiency, and analytical value • Manage forecasting and budgeting calendars, submissions, reviews, consolidations, and reporting • Develop reporting and analysis explaining forecast and budget results, drivers, risks, opportunities, and impacts on financial goals • Align long-range strategy with operating plans and budgets for the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement • Maintain and validate integrations between Prophix and ERP, general ledger, project accounting, payroll, and other systems • Reconcile system outputs to source data and establish validation controls • Troubleshoot data, calculation, reporting, workflow, security, and integration issues • Assess system changes and their financial, operational, and reporting impacts • Develop test plans, perform system and user acceptance testing, document results, and validate changes • Maintain system documentation and support governance and change-control practices • Train and support users on budgeting, forecasting, workflow, reporting, and Prophix processes • Identify automation opportunities and expand FP&A platform capabilities • Communicate with stakeholders about financial performance, planning activities, enhancements, and project status • Provide ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and system project support • Follow Seneca policies and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, information systems, business analytics, or a related field • Minimum of five years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial systems, or a related discipline • Minimum of three years of hands-on experience configuring, administering, or supporting an enterprise FP&A or performance management platform • Experience participating in an FP&A system implementation, redesign, enhancement, or major model-development initiative is strongly preferred • Experience supporting FP&A within a federal government contracting environment is preferred • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, including financial and project-accounting data structures, is preferred • Hands-on experience administering, configuring, or supporting an enterprise FP&A or performance management platform such as Prophix, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, or Planful; Prophix experience is strongly preferred • Understanding of financial planning system architecture and interdependencies, including models, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, workflows, security roles, reports, dashboards, and data integrations • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reconciliation of large datasets • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods • Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to perform repetitive motion associated with heavy computer use
