Description

• Hit sales goals set by the VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups • Handle inbound sales inquiries by asking smart qualifying questions and confidently guiding prospects to take the next step • Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present the right product, and close the sale • Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans • Provide a confident, professional phone presence while managing multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) • Serve as a creative problem solver—helping customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations • Partner across departments to resolve issues and ensure customers get the right solution • Maintain consistent inbound/outbound activity to drive revenue and results • Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve conversion and performance • Use Salesforce to document leads, track follow-up, and manage your pipeline effectively

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • P&C License (or the ability to pass the examination within 30 days of employment) • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills • Strong listening and presentation skills • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
