Description

• Identification, development and closing of new Managed Services opportunities, including managing complex sales cycles (Enterprise & upper mid-market) • Active new client acquisition and building sustainable relationships at decision-maker level, as well as developing strategic account plans together with Account Management and vendors • Positioning the Secure IT Services portfolio (Managed Security, Datacenter & Cloud, Network & Perimeter Security, Workplace & Endpoint, Sovereign Cloud & Hybrid) • Developing customer-specific operating models in collaboration with Presales, Delivery and Consulting, and close coordination with delivery teams to establish scalable services • Conducting and facilitating workshops, presentations and executive conversations while building deep customer understanding (operations, compliance, resilience, security) • Monitoring relevant market trends (e.g., cyber resilience, AI security, sovereignty, NIS2, DORA, hybrid cloud)

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of sales experience in Managed Services, IT outsourcing or complex IT solutions with proven success in new customer acquisition and building strategic relationships • Solid understanding of modern IT operating models, service organizations and topics such as SLAs, service transition and managed service delivery • Professional expertise in at least one area (Cyber Security, Cloud & Datacenter, Network & Security, Digital Workplace, IT Operations) • Ability to sell operational responsibility and services successfully, including experience with enterprise customers and complex buying centers • High self-motivation, hunter mentality, strong closing skills and a confident presence at C-level • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in German & English, willingness to travel nationally and internationally
