Description

• Develop and execute a country brand plan, including local strategy or tactical variations and budget, aligned with the global brand plan • Serve as internal contact for Sobi HQ and the global marketing team to align local needs with global activities • Manage strategic product management and internal alignment with other functions • Take responsibility for all product communications • Analyze current strategy success and validate adaptations throughout the year • Support training of internal and external staff • Drive compliant branded and non-branded tactics, including commercial materials, internet and social media • Develop strategic communications and training materials for internal and external customers • Work with medical colleagues to ensure medical-scientific credibility in external communications • Collaborate with local medical and patient access colleagues to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy • Ensure local customer needs and market requirements are included in Sobi's global strategy development • Execute key projects aligned with local strategy to strengthen Sobi's position in the German market • Create monthly sales comments, check and monitor sales trends and budget costs • Ensure forecast accuracy and control spending

🎯 Exigences

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification • Several years of solid experience in marketing prescription (Rx) products within the pharmaceutical industry • Proven, several years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales • Experience in metabolic diseases, diabetes, cardiology, and lipid metabolism • Strong affinity for data • Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize marketing processes and generate customer insights • Strong performance and results orientation • Innovative and strategic way of thinking • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken • Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders • Behaviors aligned with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership
