Description

• Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications • Install software patches, support end-user issues, and maintain system health and availability • Provide software systems analysis for daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives • Write and execute scripts or small programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality • Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure and enterprise solutions • Provide first-line support, documentation, and training to help internal users adopt Copilot • Partner with Stewart IT and business teams to build and maintain AI-powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform • Monitor and resolve system latency issues • Use AI-powered monitoring and alerting tools to identify performance issues and reduce downtime • Apply AI-driven automation to streamline system administration and improve operational efficiency • Use machine learning-based analytics to detect anomalies, predict system failures, and support root cause analysis • Follow established procedures to address standard problems and escalate matters outside defined scope • Perform work under direct supervision • Perform other duties as assigned • Lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds and install or troubleshoot hardware in tight spaces

🎯 Exigences

• Associates degree in relevant field preferred • Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them preferred: AI‑900: Azure AI Fundamentals; MS‑900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals; PL‑900: Power Platform Fundamentals • Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support • Computer Science or MIS background • Ability to configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications • Ability to write and execute scripts or small programs • Ability to support testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure and enterprise solutions • Ability to provide first-line support, documentation, and training • Ability to build and maintain AI-powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 40 pounds • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to install or troubleshoot hardware under desks or in tight spaces
