Description

• Lead complex, multi-faceted project teams accelerating implementations and driving growth and innovation on the Stripe platform • Lead enterprises to become long-term Stripe users and advocates • Drive innovation and adoption of deployment practices and provide product adoption insights • Manage integration of Stripe products into users’ application and technical architectures, testing and change-management strategies, and transformation timelines • Deliver program management expertise using Stripe products and implementation best practices • Improve Stripe’s Implementation Methodology and associated tools, templates, and processes • Establish program governance aligned with scope and business objectives • Assess, prevent, and mitigate risks; identify, track, and resolve issues and decisions with internal and user stakeholders • Drive alignment between users and Stripe Product and Engineering teams with Stripe’s roadmap • Ensure smooth transition of implemented Stripe capabilities into user operations, including knowledge transfer and handover to Stripe Support • Participate in a global practitioner community to improve complex implementations of Stripe’s payment infrastructure

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of consulting experience partnering with enterprise level strategic users on technology solutions, with a track record of top performance or a related field • Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest users, adapting explanations for technical and business audiences • Proven program management skills and experience • Strong critical thinking skills, including identifying suboptimal processes and driving more efficient ways of working • Ability to recognize repeated user-facing issues and build scalable solutions • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the user side • Experience working with or in complex enterprise organizational and decision-making structures • Ability to collaborate with and influence product and engineering teams • Preferred: prior experience at a growth-stage Internet/Enterprise Software company • Preferred: industry certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster, PMP, or PRINCE2 • Preferred: prior payments industry experience • Preferred: familiarity with API integration and testing
