Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that are used across multiple product teams • Build reliable, scalable solutions for high-load systems and distributed environments • Work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations • Collaborate with other engineers to define technical standards and improve shared components • Take ownership of features and services from design to production • Participate in improving system performance, stability, and observability

• Strong experience with backend development (Java, databases, distributed systems) • Confident in system design and building scalable, production-ready solutions • Able to work independently and take full ownership of complex tasks • Understand performance, reliability, and best practices for backend services • Experience working in a product-driven engineering team • Comfortable collaborating with other teams and contributing to shared codebases
