Description

• Support prospective Tier-3 clients throughout the pre-sales journey from initial engagement through evaluation to contract signing • Engage with clients via chat and calls to understand business context, transaction monitoring and anti-fraud needs, and risk and compliance requirements • Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements • Occasionally deliver product demonstrations covering use cases, capabilities, and platform value • Support testing and evaluation phases by explaining system behaviour, configuration options, and expected outcomes • Explain integration approaches, requirements, and workflows • Ensure smooth handover to Solution Architects for technical implementation • Act as a trusted point of contact during client decision-making • Help clients navigate AML, fraud prevention, and transaction monitoring questions • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams • Share client feedback and support continuous improvement of the solution and pre-sales processes

🎯 Exigences

• Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts • Knowledge of transaction monitoring, crypto compliance, Travel Rule requirements, behavioural risk signals, and anti-fraud approaches • Ability to discuss compliance and risk topics in a practical, business-oriented way • Comfort engaging in pre-sales technical discussions • Ability to review APIs and support testing and evaluation phases • Ability to collaborate with client technical teams before implementation handover • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain technical and regulatory topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements using a standardised requirements template • Confidence managing multiple prospects in parallel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and progressing opportunities toward closure
