Description

• Provide delivery order re-scheduling and assignment support for high-volume/high-impact partners requiring manual intervention • Communicate with Operations stakeholders when orders are not received, picked up, or returned at a facility by canceling, rescheduling, or creating orders using Google Sheets • Communicate damaged packages arriving at facilities to Operations for sharing with Merchants • Monitor order assignments at the end of delivery windows across time zones and scrape orders that missed assignment • Scrape unassigned orders and take action based on Merchant preference, including rescheduling or canceling and sharing orders with the Operations team for Merchant communications • Consolidate and share information with the Operations team for trend analysis and reactive action planning • Communicate and manage time-sensitive information with the Operations team and partners

🎯 Exigences

• Must be able to work Overnights & Weekends shift • Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets [mandatory] • Understand excel formulas and data entry • Comfortable with Pivot Tables and cleaning data • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and escalating issues • Strong project management, organization and communication skills • Detail oriented • Logistics, operations and data hands-on experience required • Experience in operations, supply chain analysis, catalog, or Parcel Support is nice to have • Must be able to work Saturday • Must complete a remote client interview if selected for interview
