Description

• Own and sequence the platform roadmap across mobile platform, web platform, design system, and supporting capabilities • Drive technical strategy with engineering, senior engineers, and architects • Champion developer experience by building feedback loops, measuring developer velocity, and reducing engineering friction • Own the design system product and evolve a scalable, accessible component library • Lead feature flagging and experimentation infrastructure for safe feature testing, rollout, and rollback • Build and own observability and performance frameworks, including performance budgets, alerting standards, and instrumentation • Align platform investments with consumer product, clinical, engineering leadership, and finance priorities • Translate technical complexity into business-relevant narratives for senior leadership • Represent platform constraints and opportunities in strategic planning conversations

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of product management experience • Deep expertise in platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling domains • Hands-on experience with mobile platform development across iOS and Android ecosystems • Experience with web platform engineering, including build systems, app architecture, performance optimization, and release infrastructure • Experience owning or contributing to developer-facing products such as design systems, feature flagging platforms, CI/CD tooling, or internal SDKs • Deep familiarity with observability, analytics instrumentation, and performance monitoring • Strong technical fluency in architecture discussions and build-versus-buy tradeoffs • Ability to connect platform health to business outcomes and developer velocity metrics • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations without formal authority • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments • Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship • Must pass identity and credential verification and fraud/misrepresentation screening
