• Define and execute strategy with precision • Build institutional infrastructure to support scaling • Establish treasury backend for real-time money movement • Lead operational groundwork for US market entry • Serve as primary internal legal voice across US matters • Advise on compliance program design across markets • Manage risk framework for treasury operations
🎯 Exigences
• 10+ years of operational experience in financial services • Strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks • Proven track record in scaling operations • Experience with AI-driven processes and tools • Familiarity with treasury management systems • Background in law or compliance related fields • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in multi-jurisdictional environments
