Description

• Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders • Provide actionable insights and drive financial discipline • Lead process improvements that unlock efficiency and value • Support the CapEx approval process • Lead components of the revenue and forecasting cycle • Partner with marketing to build recognition plans and tracking models • Manage spend allocation and the operational spend model • Streamline financial workflows • Implement process automation and reporting enhancements • Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • MBA/CPA/CFA preferred • 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A • Experience ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives • Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation projects • Open to remote and local candidates • Unable to provide relocation • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
