Description

• Own the North America enterprise sales motion across Banking and Insurance • Win net-new logos and drive adoption of ElevenLabs products • Close enterprise deals while building and scaling the sales team • Own the Banking and Insurance function and playbook, including strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution • Define the enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and repeatable sales motion for Banking and Insurance • Use an established senior-buyer network to open doors and generate references • Guide buyers through model-risk review, architecture review, and vendor security processes • Engage Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec stakeholders early • Help customers select and scale high-volume use cases in Banking and Insurance • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success • Lead executive briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations • Shape positioning and strategy using competitive, build-vs-buy, and platform-bundler insights • Set standards for sales culture, integrity, and customer-first execution

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience • At least 2 years leading a team • Track record selling into banks and/or insurers • Experience navigating Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec gatekeepers • Established network of senior decision-makers in banking and/or insurance • Experience building a new sales motion or playbook from scratch • Deep fluency in banking and insurance regulation, including model risk, third-party risk, data protection, and consumer protection • Experience with seven-figure enterprise deals and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • Ability to be strategic and hands-on simultaneously • Executive presence at C-suite and board levels • Knowledge of voice and conversational AI • Ability to operate in EST, CST, or PST time zones • Must currently reside in the United States
