• Support students throughout their learning journey • Foster and energize the student community • Manage WhatsApp groups and other community spaces • Assist students with their questions and needs • Plan and run community initiatives and events • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the student experience • Monitor the student journey in Pipedrive
🎯 Exigences
• Experience managing the student experience • Ability to activate and engage a community • Skill in managing WhatsApp groups and other community channels • Aptitude for supporting students with questions, needs, and blockers • Ability to plan and run community initiatives and events • Capacity to identify opportunities to improve the student journey and experience • Experience with student management platforms (Notion, Pipedrive, Google Meet, etc.)
