Description

• Lead product and portfolio renovation programs aligned to Hershey’s enterprise strategy and long-term value priorities • Translate strategic priorities into defined initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans • Structure initiatives to deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes • Lead Design to Value sprint initiatives and capability builds • Drive consumer and commercial analysis to understand pain points and prioritize solutions • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive leaders • Connect Strategy, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams • Influence outcomes without direct authority by aligning stakeholders around enterprise value and priorities • Prepare decision-ready materials for executive leaders, synthesizing complex tradeoffs and recommendations • Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Strategy teams to quantify consumer and business value creation • Identify risks to value delivery and drive corrective actions • Drive governance and reporting, including scorecards and Steering Committee materials • Serve as a practitioner and coach of the Design to Value approach, tools, and ways of working • Support training, enablement, and change efforts • Capture lessons learned to continuously improve Hershey’s capabilities

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 7-10 years of commercial, marketing, or strategy experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting preferred • Experience with value cases and initiatives having material financial, productivity, or capability impact • Experience leading initiatives with high ambiguity and evolving priorities requiring structured problem solving • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate strategy into execution • Proven ability to influence without authority and manage senior cross-functional stakeholders • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering • Master’s in Business Administration preferred
