Description
• Lead complex performance improvement projects • Oversee project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables • Drive client value through advanced analytics and strategic recommendations • Mentor and coach junior staff supporting projects
🎯 Exigences
• 6+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 10+ years of industry experience • Bachelor's Degree required in health or related field from an accredited college/university • Relevant licensure/certification(s) • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and benchmarking tools • Demonstrated leadership and project management experience • Expanded operational knowledge of most procedural departments such as the Operating Room, PACU, Ambulatory Surgery
