Description

• Work with the business partners to assess efficiencies and effectiveness of enterprise responsibilities, not just IT, to ensure business requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and then translate the information into product requirements for the development team. • Conduct comprehensive analysis to produce complex documents that clearly define quality assurance, testing criteria, prototypes and mock-ups, measure results in sufficient detail. • Identify and recommend information or technology or process solutions which have enterprise-wide applications. • Provide feedback to IT organization from business partners on how to improve IT services and operations. • Understand current and projected business results and how the operating plan impacts those results. • Analyze and oversee a wide variety of projects and activities of varying size and scope.

🎯 Exigences

• High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR • Associate’s degree and one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR • Equivalent combination of education/experience. • Must have a valid driver’s license • High School/GED and Two-year degrees require certification. • Must reside within North Carolina. • Preferred: Four (4) years of project management, business analyst, or other information analytics experience. • At least one (1) year of experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas. • Applicable certification(s) including MTA, MCSA (BI), Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP or ITIL or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP, ITIL v3, or an equivalent certification will be accepted.
