• Own regional sales results across Europe • Ensure proposals are compelling and aligned with luxury standards • Actively coach the team on selling complex itineraries • Maintain a performance-driven sales culture • Oversee day-to-day operations across sales and support teams • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of the Europe team

• 5+ years of experience in the luxury Europe travel space • Extensive background in selling luxury to ultra-luxury Europe travel • Proven ability to communicate clearly in high-stakes client situations • Demonstrated success managing remote distributed teams
