USACS est l'Alliance des Étudiants de Premier Cycle en Informatique de l'Université Rutgers qui organise des événements et gère des espaces collaboratifs pour les étudiants en informatique. Elle maintient des ressources telles que le Coding and Social Lounge (CSL), un centre de commande avec stations Linux, un hackerspace équipé de d'imprimantes 3D, de dispositifs robotiques et d'Oculus Rifts, ainsi qu'un Makerspace pour des projets matériels pratiques. USACS aide les étudiants à s'impliquer en dehors de la salle de classe grâce à des ateliers, des événements sociaux et l'accès à des outils et infrastructures pour réaliser des projets matériels et logiciels.

Description

• Collaborate with the Athena team to identify, investigate, and resolve duplicate or misrouted payment items via CRM • Assist in balancing and reviewing third-party collection vendor accounts • Communicate with payers to research and obtain missing or omitted payment information • Transition One Time Use credit card payers to EFT/ACH payment methods using the BSG ticket process • Review, upload, and post paper remittances and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files from payer web portals into Athena • Monitor, document, and escalate recurring issues and unusual payment posting challenges • Apply unpostable and correspondence records to the correct patient accounts and claims • Perform additional departmental duties as assigned • Meet or exceed production and quality targets

🎯 Exigences

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Experience with Health Insurance Websites/Portals required • Experience with Financial Records to resolve missing payments required • Proficient in review of Explanation of Benefits and Posting required • Experience in communicating with Payers to research and obtain missing or omitted information required • Proficiency with Windows-based PC hardware and software, especially spreadsheet applications for data analysis and reporting • Strong problem-solving skills to independently identify, research, and resolve complex discrepancies • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive patient and financial information • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to work overtime during peak periods or special projects • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to sit for extended periods; occasional walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15 pounds • Close visual acuity for detailed work
