Description

• Analyze & Advise • You capture customer requirements, analyze and refine them to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility • You facilitate scoping workshops and translate business requirements into concrete solutions • You perform audits of customer systems (configuration, performance, security, best practices) • You develop tailored recommendations to maximize the value of Atlassian solutions for customers • Implement & Deliver • You configure, implement, and integrate Atlassian solutions based on customer requirements • You ensure implementations adhere to best practices and standards • You produce clear project deliverables (functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, documentation) • You conduct training for end users and administrators • Customer Support & Collaboration • You build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle • You ensure clear communication and aligned expectations • You contribute to high customer satisfaction through a proactive and solution-oriented approach • You identify opportunities for additional value and collaborate with sales when needed • Contribute & Grow • You participate in internal communities of practice to further develop your expertise and share knowledge • You develop your skills through continuous learning and certifications • You contribute to internal and external visibility (e.g., blog posts, webinars, events) • You support the creation and maintenance of documentation and internal materials

🎯 Exigences

• A master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles • Strong interest in Atlassian tools and environments • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Fluent in German and English • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Proactive work style and willingness to learn • High attention to detail and quality awareness • Strong customer orientation
