Description

• Define and deliver the Americas marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue alongside regional growth leads • Lead and support a team across integrated marketing, marketing operations, events, partner marketing, and performance marketing • Operate as part of a unified growth team with sales, sharing pipeline goals and accountability • Partner with regional leadership, growth, and executive stakeholders on growth objectives, pipeline acceleration, client engagement, and market expansion • Shape Valtech’s market story and position as the experience innovation company • Help modernize the marketing function into an AI-enabled, revenue-driven model • Guide integrated marketing across brand, performance, thought leadership, communications, events, ABM, and AI-enabled operations • Support complex B2B enterprise sales cycles with marketing programs that advance deals • Champion revenue-focused strategies for Valtech’s focus industries • Build regional and global stakeholder relationships and hold marketing commercially accountable • Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across marketing

🎯 Exigences

• Applicants must be from the provinces of Ontario or Québec • Québec-based candidates must be fluent in English • Strong conversational skills in English and French; Spanish is a plus • Senior marketing leadership experience at VP level or equivalent within a B2B enterprise or professional services/consulting environment • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles • Track record of connecting marketing programs to measurable pipeline or revenue outcomes • Creative, brand, or communications background with proven ability to generate commercial results • Experience building and executing regional or multi-market marketing strategies • Experience managing demand generation and account-based marketing programs supporting enterprise sales cycles • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders, including sales leadership, on go-to-market and growth strategy • Understanding of how AI can shape the future of the industry and advance marketing • Hands-on experience building and embedding AI tools into marketing operations • Experience with Agile methodologies and consulting is a plus
