Description

• Own agentic document, policy, and procedure creation and editing workflows, as well as agentic gap assessments • Help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions • Understand customers and the market, and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve compliance challenges • Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns across chat, inline actions, and background automations • Make the Agent reliable, explainable, and safe • Deliver high-quality products addressing customer pain points and establishing Vanta’s leadership in AI-powered GRC solutions • Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as the company grows • Guide and automate content creation, editing, and management end-to-end • Build an agentic solution to automate gap assessments against new compliance frameworks

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of product management experience • Proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products • Strong technical skills and experience shipping AI products • Experience writing and iterating on prompts, evaluating outputs, and driving systematic quality improvements • Customer-focused mindset, including proactively reaching out to customers, synthesizing feedback, and partnering with go-to-market teams • Deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric • Ability to drive effective collaboration among diverse stakeholders • Clear and influential written and verbal communication skills • Learner’s mindset and genuine passion for building AI products • Grit to experiment, iterate, and fail • Deep interest in and knowledge of the evolving AI/ML ecosystem • Data-driven approach using qualitative user signals and quantitative analysis for roadmap and prioritization • Openness to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, with sound judgment in applying AI responsibly
