Description

• Lead the charge in implementing SiteVault eISF and CTMS, ensuring alignment with customer goals and sales expectations • Understand customer goals and build strong relationships by regularly engaging with customer decision-makers • Help support renewal efforts, engage with potential renewals, and guide them through the process • Help create and maintain an automated onboarding experience for our customers using the free version of SiteVault, and provide light-touch support through HubSpot • Lead year-end reviews to discuss progress, gather insights, and kickstart renewal conversations • Provide valuable feedback to the product team, informing them of customer needs and industry trends

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in the life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields • Based in North America • Customer-facing consulting experience delivering workshop material, developing meaningful customer relationships, and gathering requirements with business and system stakeholders • Ability to act with speed to understand requirements, create corresponding solutions, and willingness to roll up your sleeves • Typical travel is 10%, but can be up to 20%
