Description

• Independently plan, prepare and conduct indication-specific scientific/medical discussions and visits with office-based specialist physicians in your territory (Berlin-East, Fläming, Halle (Saale), Magdeburg, Magdeburger Börde, Mansfelder Land) • Achieve growth and sales targets for the relevant promoted products/portfolio • Identify and strategically support relevant customer groups and specialist physicians (currently neurologists, gastroenterologists, pain specialists) as well as specialized centers (MS outpatient clinics) and selected cystic fibrosis outpatient clinics • Build and maintain relationships with regional and national key opinion leaders while strictly observing legal requirements and internal policies • Analyze and actively shape regional networks that influence the prescribing behavior of the target group • Provide evidence-based, indication-specific advice on products, services and treatment options within the defined territory; communicate appropriately to target groups in accordance with the German Medicines Act (AMG) and internal compliance requirements • Implement territory-specific marketing and sales strategies (including promotional materials, relevant study data, competitor landscape) • Actively support therapy transitions and new patient initiations and ensure stable patient care • Position yourself as a competent, scientifically grounded contact for specialists to strengthen the brand • Plan, organize and/or support regional and national scientific events (on-site/hybrid/digital) in accordance with compliance and internal guidelines • Provide complete, timely documentation of all activities, sample dispensation and customer data in the CRM system (currently Veeva/Salesforce.com) • Mandatory reporting of adverse reactions/adverse events within 24 hours in accordance with applicable legal and internal regulations • Administrative tasks (e.g., invoicing, expenses) • Possible coverage of vacancies

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of field sales experience for prescription medicines (Rx); ideally experience in specialist physician field sales • Certification as a pharmaceutical sales representative in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) • Degree in a natural science or a medical/pharmaceutical background is an advantage • Solid knowledge of the pharmacology of the relevant therapeutic areas (currently neurology, gastroenterology) • Experience in specialty or specialist physician field sales and working with complex therapeutic areas is desirable • Strong customer orientation, professional stakeholder management and the ability to build long-term relationships • Proven commercial sales skills, scientific argumentation strength and a strong focus on closing • Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset including confident interpretation of regional market and care data • Team player with strong self-organization, digital competency and structured working style as well as excellent communication skills • Class B driving licence • Residence in or near the assigned territory • Good English skills desirable for using international study and product information and facilitating internal corporate communication
