Description

• First point of contact for colleagues and responsible for handling incidents in 1st- and, in some cases, 2nd-level support • Support users in the use of hardware and software • Document all activities in the Jira ticketing system • Analyze and resolve incidents in client, network, and workplace environments • Install, configure, and replace notebooks, PCs, printers, monitors, docking stations, and presentation solutions • Carry out workstation relocations and hardware and software rollouts, including hardware refreshes, software distribution, and imaging • Support network-related tasks • Coordinate external service providers as required • Work closely with IT colleagues • Ensure compliance with security and compliance requirements • Participate in the daily IT service duty rotation

🎯 Exigences

• Completed IT training, such as IT Specialist for Systems Integration, or an equivalent qualification • Relevant professional experience in IT onsite or field service is also welcome • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory • Initial experience in server administration is desirable • Experience in client support, hardware diagnostics, and the replacement and setup of IT hardware • Confident use of ticketing systems, such as Jira, and remote support tools • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs • Initial experience with PowerShell, Wireshark, or the OSI model is desirable • Category B driver's license • Willingness to work occasionally at additional locations • Strong customer and solution orientation, with an enthusiasm for direct user interaction • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working • Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and resilience • Very good spoken and written German (C1) • Interest in new IT technologies and personal development • Willingness to undergo a security clearance as part of the hiring process
