Description

• Conduct individual coaching sessions and career consultations • Support participants with career-related questions • Lead online workshops and Q&A sessions on career and application topics • Professionally optimize application documents and teach strategic professional networking • Support participants in positioning themselves on the job market and preparing for HR interviews • Collaborate with the team to develop the online career course on the learning platform • Review cover letters, résumés/CVs and LinkedIn profiles • Prepare application processes and ensure quality assurance • Organize career service workflows such as Slack reminders, workshop scheduling and online events • Act as the interface to Community Management within the Career & Community team • Contribute relevant information to cross-team exchanges • Moderate and run course events from the welcome through to the closing • Help create a consistently positive experience for course participants

🎯 Exigences

• 1–2 years of experience in (tech) recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent management or career services • Very strong communication and organizational skills • High level of reliability • Proactive, pragmatic work style and willingness to take responsibility • Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for new challenges • High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment • Strong service and solution orientation • Passion for education, career development and working with people • German at native-speaker level • English at C1 level • Experience designing and delivering workshops is desirable • Understanding of or experience in the IT/tech sector is desirable • Experience with learning platforms (LMS) or digital training tools is desirable • Residence in Germany or Austria • Willingness to travel approx. 3–4 times per year for team events and workshops in Berlin
