WBS est une entreprise baiana, fondée en juillet 1998, par quatre anciens employés de Promon Engenharia - l'ingénieur mécanique Alberto Carvalho, le chimiste industriel Rivaldo Bôto, l'ingénieur civil Rubens Frahia Bustani et l'administrateur d'entreprises André Luiz Perrone de Oliveira.\n\nInitialement axée principalement sur les entreprises du secteur chimique et pétrochimique basées dans le Pôle Pétrochimique de Camaçari, en Bahia, elle possède aujourd'hui un portefeuille de clients comprenant des grands noms tels que Petrobras, Transpetro, Samarco (MG), Braskem, Copesul, CNO, Petroquímica Paulínia (SP), et Petroquímica União - PQU (SP), entre autres.\n\nElle dispose actuellement de filiales dans les municipalités baianas de Camaçari, São Francisco do Conde et Candeias, ainsi qu'à São Paulo et des bases opérationnelles à Pernambuco, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Santa Catarina et Rio Grande do Sul.

• Join WBS CODING SCHOOL, one of Germany's leading tech schools • Manage cohorts of students throughout their learning journey, providing structure, guidance, and motivation • Create and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and live coding sessions • Resolve technical questions, blockers, and learning challenges in a supportive and solution-oriented way • Process student feedback and learning data to continuously improve teaching quality • Conduct code reviews, assessments, and one-on-one mentoring sessions to support individual growth

🎯 Exigences

• Strong hands-on experience with modern full-stack web development, especially the MERN stack, TypeScript, and API-based architectures • Proven ability to teach, mentor, and clearly communicate complex technical concepts to learners with diverse backgrounds • Fluent German (C1–C2 level, ideally native) and fluent English • Experience with C#, Java, or similar programming languages is a plus • Demonstrate a solid understanding of professional software development workflows • Model clean, structured, and maintainable coding practices for learners • Bring empathy, structure, and a learner-focused approach • Strong willingness to continuously learn, grow, and improve both technical skills and teaching methods
