Description

• You accompany our participants on their path to a successful professional future and promote self-directed learning in the spirit of Learning 4.0 — digital, interactive and practice-oriented. • Subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D®. • Use of various teaching methods to design lessons. • Preparation and development of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum. • Conducting assessments to measure competency growth.

🎯 Exigences

• Completed vocational training or degree in freight forwarding and logistics services or in customs (e.g., Dakosy). • Professional experience in freight forwarding, particularly in customs, IT-ATLAS procedures, transport modes and logistics. • Desirable: expertise in legal/regulatory frameworks, commercial control and monitoring, cost and performance accounting, as well as communication and cooperation. • Teaching experience (ideally in adult education). • Methodological and didactic skill in conveying instructional content. • Reliable, independent and structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility. • Excellent German language skills (C2 level). • Ideally proof of pedagogical qualification (e.g., AEVO).
