Description

• Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn the White Cap’s business model, products, vendors, customer needs, jobsite environment, systems, competitors, pricing, sales approach, and selling skills • Prepares and executes account plans • Sells White Cap value proposition and products • Learns about making effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with the District Sales Manager or experienced Account Managers • Enters and processes customer orders • Performs other duties as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members • Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities • Spanish language proficiency
