Description

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards • Ensure the location meets statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures • Enhance Caterlink’s reputation for excellent food and service and consistently exceed client and customer expectations • Run the location day to day and supervise teams • Manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Serve as the main point of contact for the school client and recommend and implement adjustments and improvements • Communicate regularly with the line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Support and train teams, ensure training is completed and manage performance

🎯 Exigences

• Enhanced DBS disclosure will be obtained for the role • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults • Ability to prepare, cook and present food to required standards • Knowledge and compliance with Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures • Ability to manage inventories, monitor budgets and implement action plans • Ability to monitor KPIs and financial targets • Ability to support and train teams and manage performance • Availability to work Monday–Friday, term-time only, with no weekends • 32.5 hours per week for 38 weeks per year
