Description

• Lead the day-to-day execution of the product function, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives • Own and evolve product management practices to support scale, efficiency, and quality • Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and ensure consistent delivery across distributed teams • Partner with the Chief Product Officer to translate product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps • Work closely with executive leadership to align product priorities with broader business objectives • Contribute to strategic planning and product direction • Work directly with key enterprise customers • Lead product alignment on critical client projects, ensuring delivery meets both customer expectations and internal strategic goals • Collaborate with Engineering leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer, to align product and technical delivery • Establish and scale best-in-class product management processes and governance

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years' experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments • Proven experience operating at a senior level, working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients • Strong track record of leading product execution in distributed or remote teams • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery frameworks • Experience establishing or scaling product management processes • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills • Strong analytical capabilities with experience driving data-informed decisions • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma • Experience in payments, fintech, or cybersecurity domains (preferred)
