Description

• Assist clients in implementing, setting up, and managing their Zscaler solution throughout the project lifecycle. • Serve as a technical anchor, ensuring that Zscaler’s cloud-native security platform is integrated seamlessly to meet the unique demands of our customers. • Assess and recommend the configuration and implementation of Zscaler products and solutions while gathering requirements to develop tailored customer strategies. • Collaborate with the larger Zscaler Professional Services team to ensure the continued success of fellow team members, the organization, and our customers. • Integrate with customer cyber/network security teams to provide configuration guidance, best practices, and recommendations for environmental integration. • Lead testing and troubleshooting efforts, escalating critical issues to Zscaler Support, Engineering, and Cloud Operations as necessary. • Provide regular status reports for incidents and projects, maintaining a willingness to travel and respond to after-hours Severity 1 issues to meet customer goals.

🎯 Exigences

• This position requires an active US Government Public Trust security clearance. Maintenance of this clearance is a condition of continued employment. • 6+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, Architect, or Support Engineer • Deep familiarity with IPSEC, GRE, HTTP/HTTPS, and DNS protocols, Proxy, SSL Inspection, and authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP, or SCIM • Proven experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of routers, firewalls, IPS/IDS, and various operating systems (macOS, iOS, Android, Linux, Windows) • Technical proficiency in network troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and Traceroute
