📋 Description

• Sales ledger • Credit control • Assisting with purchase ledger • Supplier payments preparation • Supplier statement reconciliations • Credit card reconciliations • Staff expense processing • Bank management (including bank reconciliations) • Intercompany transactions • Assisting with payroll • Assisting with VAT (and equivalents in other countries) • Any other duties as requested by the group financial controller/ group management accountant to support the finance function

🎯 Requirements

• Strong finance background with experience of all the above • Knowledge of processing foreign exchange transactions • Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook • Experience of using accounting and payroll systems such as Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 50 Payroll • Enthusiasm, flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills
