📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across regions including Europe, Asia, and Latin America. • Suggest and contribute to necessary optimization in recruiting processes. • Research and onboard new tools for recruitment automation • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements. • Provide timely and accurate feedback to candidates. • Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement. • Participate in other HR projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of in-house recruitment experience in tech or product companies. • Ability to manage up to 10 positions simultaneously while ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (We use Workable and Hibob). • Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving processes, driving innovation, and implementing best practices. • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is a must. Russian is nice to have.
