📋 Description

• Screen & analyse investment opportunities: Review preliminary information and conduct due diligence on underlying portfolio (by fund and/or company) • Analysis of underlying portfolio managers, strategy, track record and investor base • Build companies’ performance projections and cash flow models • Assist in structuring and pricing of transactions and return underwriting • Write summary investment memos and help the team to present to investment committee • Assist in transaction execution and legal process • Review information received on existing investments • Coordinate with investee managers when required • Write investment reviews for quarterly reporting • Support the preparation of deal sourcing, fundraising, and investor update materials • Screen, identify, and build relationships with appropriate deal flow targets • Track and analyse performance of origination and marketing strategies • Prepare materials for and participate in deal origination meetings • Support the company’s values and culture • Participate in strategic sessions and company offsites • International travel as required for deal origination, monitoring and execution purposes

🎯 Requirements

• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private credit, private equity secondaries, and/or equivalent experience • Excellent academic credentials • Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail • Good financial knowledge and basic aptitude in financial modelling • A critical thinker with an active interest in alternative investment space • A team player who is able to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills with willingness to present to small groups • Fluency/professional proficiency in English with other languages as a plus • Able to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism
